Day 6

BAGESHWAR

 
 

On day six after having breakfast, check out from hotel, and then drive to Bageshwar.
Bageshwar is known for its scenic beauty, Glaciers, Rivers and Temples. On arrival, Check-in to your pre-booked hotel and after few hours rest, proceed for the local tour.

Today’s visit includes

  • Anashakti Ashram( where Mahatma Gandhi spent some time and wrote his scrutiny of Anasakti Yog)
  • Shawl factory (A fabulous collection of high-quality woolen shawls)
  • Sumitra Nandan Pant Museum ( Pant Museum is named after the famous Hindi poet, Sumitranandan Pant)
  • Trekking to Rudradhari temple (lord shiva temple in the cave is supposedly 2000 years old and there are natural shiva-linga formations.)

    Day 7

    BAIJNATH - BAGNATH DARSHAN

     
     

    On the third day, we will start our day with having breakfast after that we will go to visit different shrines near Kausani.

  • Kausani tea Estate (well flavoured tea of kausani and exported to Australia, Germany, Korea and U.S).
  • Baijnath temple ( Baijnath temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva.)
  • Bagnath temple (Baijnath temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva tiger)

    BAGESHWAR TO KATHGODAM

     
     

    On day six early in morning, have a hearty breakfast. After having some rest check-out from the hotel and drive back to Kathgodam Railway Station/ Bus station to board train for your onwards journey.
